2003年第一回中國(guó)國(guó)際ソフトウエア博覧會(huì)回顧録

2003年3月26日-28日，中國(guó)國(guó)際貿(mào)易促進(jìn)委員會(huì)、成都市政府主辦，成都市貿(mào)促會(huì)承辦的2003中國(guó)國(guó)際軟件研討會(huì)暨軟件合作洽談會(huì)在成都國(guó)際會(huì)議展覽中心舉行。來(lái)自美國(guó)、印度、日本、韓國(guó)、法國(guó)、愛爾蘭、德國(guó)、臺(tái)灣等8個(gè)國(guó)際和地區(qū)，以及國(guó)內(nèi)18個(gè)城市的260多名中外軟件行業(yè)代表（境外代表47人，境外企業(yè)數(shù)20家）參加了此次大會(huì)。會(huì)期舉辦了美國(guó)和印度企業(yè)專場(chǎng)對(duì)口洽談會(huì)。大會(huì)演講嘉賓包括美國(guó)軟件信息行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)長(zhǎng)肯沃什、美國(guó)紐約軟件行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)長(zhǎng)布魯斯、韓國(guó)前科技部部長(zhǎng)徐廷旭、微軟（中國(guó)）有限公司總經(jīng)理唐駿、IBM大中華軟件部副總經(jīng)理馬丁、韓國(guó)京畿道風(fēng)險(xiǎn)企業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)長(zhǎng)全順道、臺(tái)灣中華軟件咨詢協(xié)會(huì)理事長(zhǎng)王忠正、日本中日文化交流協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)長(zhǎng)廣田隆一郎、世界500強(qiáng)企業(yè)美國(guó)Honeywell公司信息部主任瑞虎、美國(guó)國(guó)家衛(wèi)生學(xué)院信息技術(shù)中心主任阿爾克斯等。美國(guó)軟件行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)和印度駐華使館均組織了企業(yè)代表團(tuán)參會(huì)。計(jì)算機(jī)傳媒集團(tuán)總裁劉九如參會(huì)后評(píng)價(jià)說(shuō)：“軟洽會(huì)是中國(guó)西部國(guó)際化水平最高的軟件交流活動(dòng)。”

On Mar.26-28, 2003, the China International Software Cooperation Conference 2003 sponsored by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) and Chengdu Municipal Government, and organized by Chengdu Branch of CCPIT was held in the Chengdu International Exhibition Convention Center. Over 260 representatives in the software industry at home (18 cities) and abroad (8 countries and regions, such as America, India, Japan, Korea, France, Ireland, Germany and Taiwan) attended this conference, including 47 overseas representatives and 20 overseas enterprises. During the conference, the special conference for the enterprises between America and India was also held. The guest speakers of the conference included Ken Wasch, Chairman of & Information Industry Association, Bruce, Chairman of Software Industry Association in New York America, Xu Tingxu, former Minister of Ministry of Science and Technology in Korea, Tang Jun, General Manager of Microsoft (China) Corporation, Ma Ding, Vice General Manager of Greater China Software Department of IBM, Quan Shundao, Chairman of Gyeonggi Risk Enterprise Association in Korea, Wang Zhongzheng, President of Software Consultation Association of Taiwan, Guangtian Longyilang, Chairman of China-Japan Cultural Exchange Association in Japan, Ruihu, Director of Information Department of Honeywell Corporation (World Top 500) in America, and Arcus, Director of Information Technology Center of National Institute of Health of America, etc. America Software Industry Association and Embassy of the Republic of India in China organized enterprise representative group to attend. Liu Jiuru, CEO of Computer Media Group, made appraisal on this conference and said: Software Conference is the software exchange activity with highest international level in West China. 2003年3月26日から3月28日にかけ、成都國(guó)際會(huì)議展覧中心において、2003年第一回中國(guó)國(guó)際ソフトウエア博覧會(huì)が開催された。本博覧會(huì)は中國(guó)國(guó)際貿(mào)易促進(jìn)委員會(huì)、成都市人民政府が主催し、成都市貿(mào)易促進(jìn)委員會(huì)による邌嬰恰ⅴⅴ幞轔ⅴぅ螗傘⑷氈盡㈨n國(guó)、フランス、アイルランド、ドイツ、臺(tái)灣など8つの國(guó)と地域及び中國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)18都市の代表合計(jì)260名が參加し、アメリカとインドの企業(yè)を?qū)熼Tとする商談會(huì)が行われた。また米ソフトウェア業(yè)界団體SIIA プレジデントKen Wasch 氏、NYソフトウエア大手のアドビ?システムズ(Nasdaq:ADBE)最高経営責(zé)任者（CEO)ブルース?チゼン氏、韓國(guó)前科學(xué)技術(shù)部部長(zhǎng)徐廷旭氏、Microsoft (中國(guó))有限會(huì)社社長(zhǎng)理唐駿氏、IBM大中華ソフトウェア部副社長(zhǎng)馬丁氏、韓國(guó)京畿道風(fēng)険企業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)長(zhǎng)全順道氏、臺(tái)灣中華ソフトウエアコンサルティング協(xié)會(huì)理事長(zhǎng)王忠正氏、日本中日文化交流協(xié)會(huì)長(zhǎng)広田隆一郎氏、グローバル500企業(yè)米Honeywell情報(bào)部主任、米國(guó)家衛(wèi)生學(xué)院情報(bào)技術(shù)センター主任アレックス氏等の來(lái)賓による講演が行われた。米ソフトウェア業(yè)界団體とインド駐中國(guó)大使館はそれぞれ企業(yè)代表団を組織して參加した。コンピュータメディア集団総裁劉九如氏は本會(huì)を評(píng)して「本ソフトウエア博覧會(huì)は中國(guó)西部で最も國(guó)際水準(zhǔn)が高いソフトウエア交流活動(dòng)である。」と述べた。
